How to Get Sales Data from Faire for analytics with Evidnt Nexus

  1. Log in to your Faire account.
  2. Provide login access to CM@evidnt.co so that Evidnt can access the necessary data.
  3. Navigate to “Account Settings.”
  4. Select “My team.”
  5. Click on the “Add team member” button.
  6. Fill out the team member’s First Name, Last Name, and Email. Click “Next.”
  7. Choose the role for the team member: “Admin” or “Contributor.”
    • Admin role: This member can manage roles and permissions for all team members except the account owner.
    • Contributor role: This member cannot manage roles or permissions.
  8. Click “Invite member.”
  9. The team member will receive an email invitation with a link to join the team.

Manually Uploading Sales Data from Faire to Evidnt Nexus:

  1. Log in to your Faire account.
  2. Navigate to the “Faire Home.”
  3. Click on “Orders” on the left-hand side.
  4. On the “Orders” page, click on “Export.”
  5. Choose “Order Summary: Orders to Export ‘All'” and “Date Range ‘All Time’.”
  6. Click “Export CSV.”
  7. Download the exported CSV file containing your sales data.
  8. Access the Evidnt Nexus portal.
  9. Upload the downloaded CSV file to the Evidnt Nexus portal for analysis.
