Who can buy on Evidnt’s marketplace?

Evidnt is a B2B marketplace dedicated to wholesale and merchants. To buy on Evidnt’s marketplace, you need to provide a Resale Certificate for your state. Different states have various rules, so please refer to this article to verify your certificate.

How much does it cost to buy on Evidnt?

The service is Free for all retailers and merchants, there are no hidden costs. We work with brands to help you get the best-priced items.

How are shipping fees applied?

All shipping fees will be listed on the platform once you’re ready to place the order

In which countries is Evidnt Marketplace available?

Currently, we’re only in the US.

Why can’t I place my order?

If we’re not able to verify your Resale Certificate, we can’t offer you access to the marketplace orders.

How does billing work at Evidnt Marketplace?

You will get one total invoice from Evidnt once the order is processed.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find the invoices in the Marketplace Account Management Pages, under the Order History Tab

How is tax calculated on my invoice?

As a reseller, there are no taxes applied to your order. All applicable taxes must be applied upon reselling. Please contact your CPA for further details.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Can I return a product?

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once the order has been approved and shipped (typically 2 business days from the order date), orders cannot be canceled. Please reach out to support@evidnt.co for suitable solutions.

How long does it take to receive products?

Products sold on Evidnt Marketplace are ready to ship. However, there may be occasions in which you experience delays with regard to handling and shipping time. The lead time depends on the location and marketplace availability. It can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks, maximum.

If you experience an abnormally long delay on one of your orders, please reach out to support@evidnt.co with your order number.

What do I do if my order has damaged/ missing products?

All damaged or missing items must be reported within 4 days from the date of reception. After the expiry of this period, your order will be automatically validated as received by our systems. You can report any damaged or missing products by emailing support@evidnt.co and our support team will do their best to resolve the issue. Please include the order number and the missing/damaged references. Our team will get back to assist you in finding an appropriate solution.
